Hotel Manuela - Cervia

This hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to get to and from. it's close to the beach, allowing guests to enjoy the beautiful scenery without being overwhelmed by crowds. the hotel has very friendly staff and a warm family atmosphere. the rooms are clean, the bathrooms are well-kept, and guests are well taken care of with good service and a wide range of breakfast options.

Some guests have reported that the cleaning staff can be noisy in the mornings, which could be bothersome for those who want to sleep in a little longer.

The staff were helpful, friendly and always available to assist us. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, with the rooms and bathrooms being very clean. The hotel facilities were in great condition and the parking area was spacious, easy to use and very convenient. Its location was perfect, being very close to the beach, train station and other forms of transportation. We also loved the delicious breakfast and the great coffee that was served at the bar.

The lack of fridge in the room was also a letdown. we felt that the lunch at the hotel was just mediocre.

Nothing to fault.

Spent my xmas break at this hotel, and it was an enjoyable experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming upon arrival. The room was neat and clean with a warm atmosphere that gave me a homely feeling. The hotel has an excellent location, halfway between the beach and the city center, making it easy to explore the city and beaches with ease. The hotel had a good breakfast selection every morning, including pastries and fruits that kept me nourished over the Christmas holiday. Lastly, the hotel offered a gym and spa that helped me relax and stay in shape while on vacation.

There were two things I wish could have been different. Firstly, the room was not large enough to accommodate all my items, and there was no fridge in the room to store my perishables. Secondly, the cleaning ladies were too noisy while cleaning in the morning, which made it difficult for me to sleep. Despite these, the hotel experience was excellent, and I would recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful and restful vacation.
